Current Open Positions Medical Insurance Follow-up Collector Description Position requires rigorous follow-up of outstanding claims with insurance carriers. Duties also include oversight of accounts receivable, transfer of delinquent accounts to collection agency and answering patient inquiries. Requirements Seeking candidate with minimum 3 years experience in medical claims management and follow-up. Candidate must be detail oriented, have good communication and computer skills (including Word & Excel), and work well in a team environment. Knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 coding systems mandatory. CPC preferred but not required. Hours Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. |
